My son loved visiting Game Works at Ontario Mills Mall and was totally bummed that it closed.

This was the most awful experience ever. I bought four cards for my family at $80.00. I thought it was a steal because it came with a $25.00 ticket game card per pass. I did not read anywhere on the Groupon site about a $2.00 activation fee per card. We visited sometime in July. At this particular time, the Ontario Mills Mall was as crowded as Disneyland on Labor Day. You couldn't see your own feet; and if you have small kids, just make a beeline to the lost and found. Once inside, I noticed that one of my passes could have suffice for all my kids. I really didn't have to buy four. The games were fun but a bit worn out and torn up. After a few games, I was pouring sweat and was told that the air conditioning was broken and it had been for days. I was literally wringing wet to the point were my clothes were sticking to me. A half an hour was all we could take. We didn't care about the drive or the fact that we just lost $88.00, we just wanted out. Our kids did even want the usual mall experience of shopping, food court, etc. Once out Of the building, we had to stop at a gas station to hydrate before getting on the freeway. What a waste of time and money!

The air conditioner was not working on one of the hottest days in the inland empire however the staff did not make us aware of this and when I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do anything about it horrible never will I go back I rather pay more somewhere else than have to experience that horrible place and it was extremely dirty.
