Great service, but not happy about paying $15 for 1 extra quart of synthetic oil. 5 quarts run about $25 at most stores.

It took about 45 minutes which is Way too long to wait. The staff was sloppy, unkept and slow. They were not very informed about the Groupon, asking how much it was worth and not disclosing that the Groupon was good for 5 quarts of oil and my car takes 6, so I then had to pay $5.32. I'm fine with paying for the extra oil, what I didn't like is they should have been professional and let me know that from the get go. It wouldn't have made me not get the service, but I feel it is more professional to let the customer know up front.

Really did No good having a Groupon voucher. They found a way to Up Charge me , so I ended up paying their regular price for both cars I had a voucher for, won't go back there again ,
