This was very misleading. It did not cover a cleaning. Only partial payment towards a cleaning. I traded mine in for another deal.

I bought this Groupon to have my condo in Gulf Shores cleained. I called her first and asked her what the service included. She said for a condo cleaning like mine it would be the $35 plus $60 for a total of $95. I originally scheduled her for February 17th for her to be there at 12 noon and clean our unit prior to our arrival. We were going to arrive after midnight that night. We left early and arrived around 9:30pm and she had just arrived. She asked what we wanted to do and I said I would rather have her clean another time since we were already there and she had just got there. So we rescheduled for March 8th which was after a guest was checking out and us arriving later that evening. She should have had it cleaned by 4pm but when I called around 5pm she was not finished and was going out for something to eat and would return and finish before we arrived at around 9pm. Around 7pm she texted me saying she would not finish cleaning because I was not paying enough and that she normally received $95 for this service which is what I had paid her. When we arrived later that night the only thing that had been done was the beds had been changed and she had washed the towels. Nothing else in the condo had been cleaned. The floors had not even been swept. I tried contacting her that I would like a refund of the additional $60 dollars I had paid for the full cleaning and was willing to give her the Groupon value for what she had done. She has yet to return my emails or texts to try to resolve this issue.
