Good doc.. great experience.. was tested on 3 different machines b4 the doc saw me to basically confirm the numbers.. frames collection is v limited

I bought this for my best friend. She is legally blind without her glasses and really needs new ones. I hadn’t seen they are only open on weekdays, with limited hours, which is really annoying. In addition, she asked for help picking frames and the idiot running the office was completely inept. The manager was rude and she felt really unimportant. Isn’t the point of this to make people come back?

Jen was extremely nice and helpful. And Dr. Austin knows how to make you feel welcome and is very kind and knowledgeable, I'm very glad I found them! Now i can't wait to get my prescription glasses!! 😁😄
