Whoa - talk about either good luck or great customer service. I walked in without an appointment at the end of the business day and crossed my fingers as I asked when I could get in for an oil change. My ever-changing schedule makes it hard to plan these things in advance so I was really hoping I could do a same-day stop in, and it was only a moment or two later that one of the technicians said he had time that day and I'd be out of there with fresh synthetic in less than 30 minutes. I sat and waited in the clean lobby with the offer of drinks, snacks, and most importantly, phone chargers! I was able to scan documents for work that needed to be uploaded immediately and my phone was almost dead so this was a double bonus. Service at the front desk was really friendly and the whole appointment didn't take very long. I cannot emphasize how important this was to me to get done (I was a couple thousand miles overdue). My last oil change had only been a couple of months before, but I drive a lot - I'll definitely be driving back here next time I need my oil changed. Prices were reasonable and Groupon made them even better. 5-star service all the way around.
