The staff wasn't knowledgeable. Didn't measure, just wanted a quick buck. They didn't take time to explain anything and I felt very judged. Also, there is no availability, they shouldn't do groupons they can't facilitate. It would be easy for them to extend hours but they just didn't seem willing. Just overall bad vibes and the Lysol wipes to clean at the end were the proverbial cherry on top.

Hello Kati, we apologize if you didn't think what was explained to you was thorough enough. We have measuring available to anyone that wants it. We have extensive hours starting at 7:30am every day, but depending on your schedule, our schedule, and the popularity of the laser lypo-it may have been tough. However, I do believe that we accommodated to scheduling all 6 of your sessions, but you only showed up to 2 of them. Again, we're sorry you had a negative experience here.

Staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I m able to see a difference after first laser lipo procedure, combined with diet and exercise!
