Cassi has been a licensed massage therapist for 11 years and is skilled and passionate about her trade. Kellie and Cassi have worked together in multiple holistic settings over the last few years. Besides making clients happy, what do you like most about your job? What I love most about massage is that it can positively affect a client on many different levels. It can help speed up injury/surgery recovery, improve the emotional state by reducing stress or simply help others to relax and feel pampered.

What's the most common beauty mistake you see people make? What would you recommend they do instead? It's important to take care of yourself before and after the massage in order to have the longest lasting effects. Drinking plenty of water and stretching is crucial to ensure you come out of the massage feeling great. It's also important to know that communication on what you do and don't like throughout the session is essential in getting a massage that is comfortable and enjoyable.

How did you get started in the industry? Did you have an "ah-ha" moment in life? Growing up, my mother was a holistic health coach and my father was a physical therapist. I had a natural love and talent for helping others with their health concerns. The massage was an easy choice in career.
