The only issue we had at Rockwelz was that it was too cold in the dining area because it's closest to the door. A space heater may have helped to keep the food and patrons warmer.

Appetizers were great. Ordered broiled fish platter which arrived at the table as a boiled fish platter, poor quality, sent back. Had an issue with the Manager due to specials not being allowed I ordered extra food not on special and was charged full price anyway on a special appetizer after having cleared all this up with the server who told me differently. I would not have ordered the extra food to make the 20$ deal with no specials, only to be charged full price for the specials.....this needs to be cleared up...I don't understand why restaurants have an issue after you have met the requirements of the coupon with no special pricing and then not want to give you the specials after you have already met their required minimum with no special pricing. Poor customer service. Manager had bad attitude when I told her I would not have ordered the extra dessert not knowing I was being charged full price on specials and wanted compensation....it was given begrudgingly....took 5$ off but no appology and left with indigestion due to manager's bad attitude.
