Be ready to sweat... I wore a heart rate monitor and burned 300 calories in 30 minutes. (I am female) so of course it's not as much as a guy but it's still good :-)

Come PREPARED to workout! This was very challenging on my first day and I didn't think I was going to make it through the whole workout. The trainer (I can't recall his name) was very motivating and helpful!
