ACE Rent a Car - Orlando Int'l Airport, Orlando

was unsure what to do when to do it. It seems like the company is hasing some issues. Was told I would be picked up late night then it was time to get picked up and I called the national line and them told I wasn't being picked up. it was stressful experience

Avoid using this company. I was able to park my vehicle at the lot and they did shuttle us to the airport. However, when I returned after my trip we waited where the instructions told us to wait at ground level parking for the ace shuttle to take us back and it never came. We waited over an hour and were on hold with the company for the same amount of time and no one ever answered. Eventually, we had to pay for an uber to get back to the lot for our car. When we arrived, there were two men there who said the company went bankrupt and was out of business and that's why there was no shuttle. Thankfully my car was still there. Do not purchase or use this company!

Overall good experience. Probably won't park here again only because of no covered parking.

The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need better signage to leave their parking area.
