I am heading into my 5th laser hair treatment for my underarms with Mariela. She explained the process thoroughly and it was exactly as she explained. My appointments have been on time and I am there for no longer than 15 minutes. Going into my 5th visit I am completely satisfied with my results.

Sara was great and the experience up until the last treatment was amazing. I wasn’t feeling well and needed to reschedule my appointment last minute but was told I needed to pay a $50 no show fee. I understand policy 100% but with all that is going on in the world today and with this being the first time this happened an exception should have been made. The manager was a bit rude and unhelpful.
