Best Rate Parking is absolutely the Worse. If you're reading the reviews by recent order, you'll notice that all the recent reviews mention *They will charge you an extra day, no matter how you calculate (by day or hour). I bought a 3 day voucher for Sat - Mon (less than 72.hrs) yet had to pay for an additional day because the car went in at 6am and left at 3pm; still less than 72hrs. Don't do it!

Terrible service. Had to buy xtra day bc charge per day, not a 24 hour day. Also, they close at 11pm. On website no business hrs for the parking lot. Had a 12 midnight arrival, they said they would leave car outside gates with keys under seat. WHAT! When I arrived, car wasn't there. Had 2 uber home. NVR AGAIN

They say they have shuttles going every 15 minutes but thats definitely not true. We waited close to an hour for pick up.
