Hands down BEST fitness program if your concerned about Covid-19, and going at your own pace. Exceptionally sanitized facility. Your alone with your amazing trainer in your own "mini gym" so no judgement. I am extremely lazy and blow off classes all the time but in ONLY 20 min. its shocking how these tiny power house sessions kick my butt and very easy to stick with! Love this place!

Today was my first day but I will keep you updated. I understand they are experts at this field. I really had a great workout with Jeff's assistance and found him to be very professional in his appearance and demeanor. ENJOY and remember if it doesn't hurt, you push harder!!!
