Cristiane we are sad to hear about your experience. However, when you arrived to your appointment the car was inspected and I recommended the right package for your needs. I mentioned that your car was stained inside and out and that you needed way more than a promotional wax package to correct all its flaws. You indicated that you paid $140 dollars for the Groupon deal and that I had to clean it! After 2 1/2 hrs of intensive cleaning and waxing we noticed that your car had fingerprints all over!!! It looked like a CSI scene, at that point I decided to spend an extra 30 minutes trying to get rid of the fingerprints/stains and bring the roof back to its original color since the elements and the lack of care have affected the paint and we just wanted to go the extra mile for you. We are sorry we were not able to make your expectations a reality and hope you find somebody who can.
