Each boot camp combines cardio work with strength-training exercises to create a full-body workout. Students may find themselves doing pull ups, running in place, jump roping, boxing, and throwing medicine balls into low orbit depending on the trainers' plan. In addition to leading these workouts, Xtreme Fitness Boot Camp's staff can also help people get into better shape by providing personalized nutritional consultations.
