You're making defamatory accusations. You know you arrived at the salon with long, over-processed hair, with dye applied to it (I have photos and videos of the entire process and the state it was in when you arrived and left, as well as the bun we agreed to cut before we started). You purchased a coupon for lowlights, a natural base, treatment and haircut (short or medium). You couldn't find the coupon you purchased as evidence. You were trying to get me to accept it with a screenshot of the pre-purchase. When you contacted me, you gave me a fake name. Also, you wanted a permanent color to cover 50% of your gray hair (growth of at least 5") I explained that we could use the coupon to get highlights, since lowlights are dark streaks that can't be done over your existing color. That for the additional services you requested (color and blow dry) it would be 120 because your hair was still too long and I got someone else to explain it to you from the beginning. She cut your hair herself, since halfway through the process your behavior was bad
