Coringa Conway began his athletic path as a personal trainer and Capoeira coach back in 2008. Following his gut, he expanded his interests to MMA and BJJ, as a fighter, coach, and black belt. After helping countless students in building their strength, Coringa stepped into the limelight himself, training and competing as in strongman competitions in 2013. Starting IronLife Athletics was the next logical step in his journey, creating a place where he can gather all the coaches he trained and offer cutting-edge classes to his clients. Offering a variety of classes from strength training to martial arts, IronLife helps clients meet their potential through personal attention from coaches, helping students to overcome their limitations.
