Made an appointment one week ago. Drove across the city only to be told photographer was not there because I failed to confirm the prior day. Huh? I was never asked to reconfirm! I guess an appointment isn’t good enough in this case.
Be sure to call 24 hours in advance to reconfirm an appointment if you make one.
Seller offered to reschedule for next day but that doesn’t work. I lost out.

He was unprofessional and didn’t commit to the schedule he gave. He did not answer his phone or email in a timely manner to confirm twice!
