It may not be a tourist attraction, but Metro Movement and Aerial Arts has something in common with Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios—its staff members. The same circus and dance professionals who have graced the stages at these theme parks serve as instructors at the studio. Spanning more than 3,000 square feet, the premier training space has room for students of all levels. Pupils range from beginners learning the fundamental tissu and hoop moves to professional aerial artists prepping for Cirque du Soleil auditions. The studio's schedule also includes Pilates and aerial-conditioning classes, which are great for building strength, even if you don't plan on swinging from a ceiling any time soon.
