Never got to use the groupon due to scheduling issues so it turned out to be a waste of money.

The kids had a great experience! They deserve 5 stars for customer service, the only reason I put 4 is location. It was close to home, but the water is really brown in Lk Monroe near Sanford. The (stock?) photo showing the activity on Groupon shows a nicer looking body of water/area. It was overall a very fun experience. Very nice and patient people! The kids want to go again...

Poor service and Not honest about the time. Stay away from this company.

First, this was fun to do, but there were three points that made this experience poor. First, the so called 60 min experience is not reality, you get 30 min max if you're lucky. He said 30 min is normally all people need. Second, they only have one set up. This means if you're in a group of 4 as we were, you have to wait for your turn. They should have at least two set ups. Lastly, this company is at best second rate. Duct Tape and bubble gum kind of experience. The equipment is in very poor shape including the pontoon boat they use to shuttle you out on the water. It is in such sad shape, you question if it will stay afloat. The instructor was nice enough, but his appearance was a bit off putting. So if a shaby experience is what you're looking for, then you might love this. Also be awaire there are no facilities for rest rooms or changing.
