They are completely aware of how disappointed I was in their service I felt like I went in for an oil change and was told my transmission and brakes were in need of service

I made the apointment for 11 am And left this clinic at 1 pm Not bevause my case was complicated but because we were waiting at the doctors room in the chair for a crazy long time! The apointment was for cleaning and aftet been there for 2 hours ( they did just xray!!) we been told that the doctor who can do cleaning in on break and we need another apointment This is absolutely ridiculous!!

They charged much more for service than had I not used Groupon.. I had to p ay $120.00 plus the Groupon. I would not trust this office for any additional service. This office figured out to play new potential customers and still not let the customer enjoy the benefits of good service. I am aware of a serious complication in my periodontal health that they did not identify. If you care about your dental health please consider a different provider. Be true to you teeth or they will be false to you.

Dr Pedro mora-rosa was so good. He took time to explain everything he was doing and always was concerned about my comfort. The rest of the staff were also so kind and helpful. Thank you Paradise Dental!

Bait and switch. Groupon voucher says Cleaning is included in the price. Once you arrive and in back getting x-rayed they tell you you're not qualified for cleaning because you are not on "healthy mouth status". They push cleaning service at you for 530 dollars and tell you once you take this service you will be on "Healthy Mouth Status" and only have to come back every six months that would cost 120 per.

They did not do cleaning. They said I needed to come back for a special cleaning. I 70 years old this is most painful exam and X-rays it have ever had.
