What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
PiYO is unlike the traditional yoga and Pilates classes. It is an athletic, high intensity, low-impact workout that gives you hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength—without weights, without jumps, without bulking up, without destroying your body and straining your joints.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
The workout includes modifications as well as exercise progressions to challenge all levels. Participants can expect to burn between 500-1000 calories during the hour long PiYO class. Once they start to see results, they will be inspired and motivated to keep going and getting stronger!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always been passionate about health & fitness, but have had to overcome my own struggles in the past. Through my training, I learned about the “right” way to get healthy, lose weight, and maintain it. I want to help other people like me get healthy, gain confidence, and change their lives!
What do you love most about your job?
I get fulfillment from helping others and watching them succeed in reaching their goals. There is no better reward than seeing one of your clients get healthy, lose weight, increase their confidence, get off of their medications, and feel better, KNOWING that YOU were a part of that!
