The management of the place is the problem here. They push to sell their products from the moment you walk in the door stating that if you do not user their products you can not use the machines. I ask for the price and then went to planet beach online and purchase all the products for 70% off. Came back to the place with all my products and they told me that the product was in the sun too much and it was damage, therefore I could not use the machine. So the only way you can use the machines is if you buy the overprice products they sell.

When you purchase this specific Groupon: 3 sessions of 3 services, you should know that there are extra fees when you arrive at Planet Beach. I used all 3 services on my first visit and ended up paying $20 worth of products. So basically you end up paying $31 for the Groupon, but to use all the services you will end up paying a total of $60 more at Planet Beach. Other than that, the experience was cool and the owner was very knowledgeable about all the services and their impact on our bodies. I'm not sure if I will go back because I don't appreciate paying the extra $20. After purchasing a Groupon I expect to pay nothing more accept maybe a tip. Not $20 for a few squirts of product.
