There were tiny odd looking black ants all in my room, on the table, curtains and furniture. That bit us the entire time. They even got inside of my bag. The same day I have them switch my room and the next room had two roaches in it. I was grossed out and they claim the ants were normal and no one else reported seeing any, and simply replied by saying okay when I notified them about the roaches.
