Food at buffet wasn't hot. Hot foods should be served hot, not lukewarm. Food was OK, but nothing special. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

Food is not good. Naan was very hard. No salt in appetizers. Only two varieties in buffet. :(

Sankalp needs to improve its communications with its custometrs. When my 3 female friends and I entered the restaurant at 1:10pm on April 2 2014, nobody greeted us. We just stood at the door like idiots! (and the restaurant was NOT busy). Finally, a waiter showed us to a table. The food that was sitting in the containers at the buffet table looked miserable, unappetizing and miserly in amount. I had to tell a waiter to replenish the food containers which were practically empty, at PEAK lunch time. The food tasted mediocre and dull. When the manager brought the bill, I saw the cost was $14.99 per person and NOT $12.99 as stated on the card standing on the table. The card also had a $10.99 per person VEGETARIAN buffet lunch price on it. We did not eat the Vegetarian lunch. At no time did the waiter show us a menu, ask us what we wanted to eat or inform us of the cost of the buffet lunch. We had to tell him we wanted the buffet lunch. I pointed out the bill discrepancy to the manager and he corrected the bill. Does he think women are stupid at MATH? We will NOT return to Sankalp, we will tell our friends of the non existent service and mediocre food offered in stingy portions, and to check their their bill VERY CAREFULLY.
