During one-hour sessions, Sexy Assets Fitness’s veteran trainers mentor women of all fitness levels and body types in the art of sultry movement. The studio’s four-level pole sequence coaches students clad in comfy, close-fitting workout wear in everything from introductory moves to stage-worthy inversions. Booty Bouncing sessions impart posterior moves such as the pop and the shake, and the Latin beats of Zumba classes drive cardio routines and toning exercises. High ceilings oversee the black and candy-pink walls of Sexy Assets' studios, preparing students to not only shimmy around poles but ascend them to rescue stranded kittens.
