Tantalizing Tastes & Tours, Orlando

Jerry and Jasmine Bacon knew the obvious: to many people, Orlando was known solely for its theme parks. Where did that leave the city's vibrant food scene? That was something even Orlando locals couldn't answer. As self-proclaimed foodies, the husband-and-wife team struck out into the unknown in 2010, coordinating food and drink tours that showcased the best of what their city had to offer. They called their business Tantalizing Tastes & Tours; today, the company is still thriving, having expanded to three different tours around the city. Guests explore up to five different restaurants during food tours, or combine eats with expertly poured pints during pub-and-grub tours. Tour-takers meet up at a designated spot before climbing onto a comfortable 15-passenger bus, which whisks them from restaurant to restaurant, showing off Orlando's other enviable sights in-between bites.
