My eyelash extensions here were awful. It took 3 hours and it was barely a full set. I had to use the bathroom halfway through but she wouldn’t let me get up. The lashes were thin with no volume or curl. Would not go back

A 60 minute facial only lasted 40 minutes. No extractions were done. The room left much to be desired in terms of luxury linens.

First time there for a facial. There is no spa ambiance; I had asked for an experienced esthetician but got someone right out of beauty school; although they use organic products, some caused a burning sensation on my face. Don't recommend.
