It's one of the only options in Ormond Beach They have a decent amount of equipment but on Mondays it's a mad house I spend a lot of time waiting on machines or finding a place to do lunges and such since they hold a class at 5:30 in the main training area The rest of the week is decent as far as availability of equipment/training space I do enjoy the classes they offer, specifically the dance type classes on Monday and Friday evenings with Suzy The staff is pretty friendly and the hours are great
