Service and staff was great as always. Very friendly and professional.
Spa itself starts showing some wear and tear. One of the locker’s door was missing, toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms needs repair.
There was dust all over salt rooms’ floor and hair on most bathrooms floor as well. These are easy fixes.
The spa is still beautiful, even though it’s not in its best shape anymore.

I had a couples massage with my wife, and everything was great. The only improvement suggestion is to explain other options and possible upgrades I could have made upon check-in. Still, regardless, the service was excellent, with good options to relax after the massage.

I have been to SpaWell twice in the past month! Both times were excellent! Loved my 50 minute Signature Massage. Jennifer is fabulous!! Also, enjoyed the sauna, salt room, and pool! Such a relaxing day!!!
