NO one told me that I needed the physical copy of the groupon in order for it to be redeemed. I had called in a couple times and mentioned that I had the groupon, and no one stated that I needed it. It was very disappointing. I have had no problems using my app to redeem the groupon before (the app was where I purchased the groupon). The service was also rather slow, when at the till.

Used groupon voucher for wash, cut & style. Hairdresser took less than 10 minutes to do cut and barely cut off any hair, despite instructions on how I wanted it cut. Hair felt & looked like it hadn't been cut at all and looked exactly the same as when I walked in. Felt very rushed and like she had "better things" to do with her time than spend it cutting my hair (despite fact place was empty & other stylists just standing around). Would NOT go back nor recommend it to others - b/c it appeared that as soon as they saw it was Groupon voucher - they did "half job" and didn't consider you to be paying or potential future customer. Not impressed Chatters...
