the car wasn't as clean inside or out as I expected

Never again! First of all, I got a call from the owner 45 min prior to my appointment, to cancel. No explanation offered. I came in from Toronto specifically for this appointment (time and gas wasted) and thought it was quite unprofessional to cancel on such short notice. Anyways, after rescheduling for the following week, I was told that the service I was getting would take no longer than 15 - 20 minutes. After I arrived for my appointment, I was told I needed to pay an additional $40 cash to wipe down my car before any work was done. Apparently he had to shampoo my engine as well. I don't see why that is when I'm supposed to be getting the underside of my car sprayed. After being told to return in an hour (yes, an hour!), I was shown to my car and told the price to be paid was now $50. Cash of course. Due to taxes. No receipt given, no GST # offered. Had I known this service would take an hour, I would not have accepted the appointment time offered, seeing as how I had to be back in Toronto to pick my daughter up from school. Every aspect of this deal on the owner's end was an absolute cash grab, scam, and outright dirty business. I will NEVER return here or recommend this place to anyone. I am very disappointed that Groupon doesn't screen their business partners more thoroughly.
