The salon was dirty, and messy, I don't like the cut I was given. I asked for more bulk to be taken out of my hair and the stylist failed to do so. I wear hat everyday now because my hair is not easy to manage like I asked and have to go to another salon to get it done right.

Samantha was awesome! She did my daughter's hair - first time getting colour and highlights, and it looks amazing, so I went back (without a Groupon) and had balyage done, and I'm so happy with it.
