A Putt Above

Entertaining the throngs of Ottawa with more than 9,000 square feet of active recreation, A Putt Above envelops mini golfers in a glow-in-the-dark 3-D course, which comes alive under black lights. The Pirate combo (a $12.50/person value) equips putter wielders with 3-D glasses, glow bracelets, and a bilingual shoulder parrot. After donning the 3-D glasses, putt-putters morph into part of the moving course as the floors begin to float and the scenery starts to sway. Creatures such as a shark, an octopus, and a pirate burst forth and ask for each putt-putter's hand in marriage throughout the 18 holes. For a more immersive experience, A Putt Above recommends putt-putters wear white, which, along with the glow bracelets and golf balls carved from moon rock, enhances the glow from the black lights.
