I brought a pair of boots that were not fixed after 4 months. When I finally asked for the boots back, they were in worse shape than when I initially brought them, and some of the damage he did was irreparable

I brought my shoes in July. It is now November and I haven't heard from him yet that my shoes are ready. Also the shop was incredibly unorganized and messy and I can't be sure I will get all my shoes back. :( ill be going there this week with the hopes of getting my shoes back

Slow service! It took him months to re-heel my shoes. I could have gotten them done at the mall in a day. Every time I would go pick them up he would tell me to come back on X date. This happened 5 times! I finally demanded my shoes back and had to wait an hour while he finished them. Poor customer service. I will admit he did a good job.

Is not conscious of a deadline and completes the work last minute, making the footwear looked rushed
