In its own words, Bambu Restaurant sends palates on "a journey along the lush banks of the Mekong River, through the Gobi dessert to the height of Mount Fuji." For anyone who may need a brush up on their geography, that means the cooks and chefs here lovingly cull recipes from across the vast continent of Asia to create an extensive menu of bold, exotic flavors. Guests can send their tongues globetrotting to far away lands with sushi from Japan, dim sum from China, or curries and noodle dishes from Thailand. And in addition to all of the beef, pork, chicken, and seafood dishes, the menu also lists plenty of vegetarian offerings for plant-based eaters, including Thai Basil tofu, Chinese broccoli, and baby bok choy stir fried with garlic or oyster sauce.
