Hotel Chimo Ottawa, Ottawa

You have to pay upfront + the groupon amount and they refund you when you get there. Not a great hotel although the staff were friendly enough. The hotel itself is very tired and in need of a big update.

Bad attention, ugly and dirty facilities.

The rest of the hotel, especially the carpets, were quite dirty. The bathroom had cracks and the bathtub was so discoloured I could not bring myself to use it.

Dirty run down. Bathroom was gross and stained. Slept on top of sheets. Very musty woke up congested.
