My only complaint was that our photographer, Carly, seemed to lack a bit of the confidence needed to set up some shots - for example, during our family shot, my hubby and I were unknowingly standing too far apart, making the picture look awkward. She seemed to look to us quite a bit for guidance as to how the shoot should go, whereas we felt that was her job, especially since we weren't looking through the lens. Other than that, we loved everything - from the refreshments available for us during the shoot, to the online album for our approval, to the USB mailed to us with all the images - we were VERY impressed with the setup.
