poor customer service from the individual who fit the classes when I picked them up --- optician and desk staff were great - went to another Laurier Optical (bought at Bills Bridge) and they fitted them properly

Three wrong prescriptions starting in February. 1 pair of glasses with plastic lenses instead of glass. 1st pair of glass lenses, saw one lens fall out (in lap, fortunately, not while riding bicycle). After 4th prescription (different doctor), was told by manager that glass lenses can't provide proper middle-range. He suggested I take a second pair for use with computer. I, reluctantly, agreed. Two and a half-weeks later (we're in June, now), I call and am told one pair is ready, the other still isn't. I agree to a full refund. Incompetence after incompetence after incompetence. Nearly 4 months after 1st visit, am still wearing old glasses & looking for new optometrist.

Worth the $$

The Conservative Progressive portion of the Groupon is pretty much useless as they don't recommend this type of glasses. The one they recommend is $300 extra as well as $100 extra for this and $100 extra for that which makes the glasses very expensive.
