I loved the staff, they were all really friendly and nice!

If your going to get your nails done, I would go somewhere else. They don't have a footbath or massage chair.. They placed you on the same table where they do waxing in the back room and the footbath was one of those at home ones. The women did a good job on my nails, however it did take a while.

I did not get hair done. I got a mani/pedi from Groupon. The lady who serviced me was an elder Lebanese lady. She was very nice and polite but she was not experienced in giving a proper mani and pedi. She cut two of my fingers while trying to cut my cuticles. She wiped the blood with a alcohol swap but then continued to use the blood stain swab through out the manicure. The pedicure-she did not even remove my cuticle from my feet. She also filed my nails not straight and had to ask her repeatedly to correct it. She used a UV lamp on my feet (i did not do shellac) to quicken the poish drying and she did not even sanitize the UV light for feet. Her application of polish was not experienced. she got the polish all over my fingers and toes and I had to ask her many times to please clean around the nail. She was apologetic and mention to me she was new and did not have all the proper tools she needed. They applied no lotion on hands and feet. When asking for lotion for my hand she offered me foot lotion. I applied it on and realized it was so sticky that I had to wash my hands again. She then offered me face cream to use as hand lotion. At this point I declined, paid the taxes and left the store.

It was way over priced. My manicure/pedicure looked horrible afterwards. WIll not return.
