I am not sure how the groupon works. They have subtracted the price of the groupons (2 x 145$) from a total of complete front and back brakes. I thought they will deduct 2x259 (as the groupon is a discount from 259 to 145

I purchased the wheel alignment Groupon. The person who did the alignment was gruff, didn't/wouldn't/couldn't give me the alignment report.
When he 'finished' the job, he handed the keys to the receptionist, sat down behind the counter and started watching TV. When I asked him for the report he responded "printer's broken" without taking his eyes off the TV. When I asked him if I could see it on the alignment unit he responded (paraphrasing), "You should have told me before; the info isn't saved." I was starting to simmer by that time, so I just paid the tax (due on top of the Groupon cost), and left.
It appears they did nothing - there was no evidence they adjusted either of the tie rod ends, and the car still pulls to the left.
I couldn't fathom paying them any amount of money to do a brake job (current Groupon from them)!
