I redeemed this Groupon for another as Urban Upkeep was a now show and did not return my calls, emails. It was a house closing and therefore time sensitive. The second window company Neighbours Choice, after eventually connecting, did not return my call to set up a day and time. My Visa was finally credited. I will not use Groupon again to buy any services. Too unreliable! I guess word of mouth i

No response with regards to booking. Told to contact by email but no response. Tried calling but voice mailbox is full. Hope to get some response soon otherwise I will have to trade this groupon again.

uRBAN UPKEEP MADE AN APT FOR THE WINDOW CLEANING PACKAGE I PURCHASED AND NEVER SHOWED, DID NOT ANSWER MY VOICE MAIL OR EMAIL. GROUPON SAID THEY WOULD REACH OUT TO URBAN UPKEEP; STILL DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A REFUND FROM GROUPON, WHO HELP STAFF ARE ONLINE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY AND DON'T EVEN READ EACH OTHER'S MAIL HISTORY; THEY SIMPLY KEEP TELLING ME THAT GROUPON DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS AFTER 3 DAYS. i WAS DEFRAUDED BY URBAN UPKEEP AND BY GROUPON!

Very happy to have my windows looking so sparkly! Having the windows cleaned makes the whole house look great!
