Unhappy!! Had to wait almost an hour with appointment. Next morning this how my nails look. Old polish still there. Nails was still wet when polished.

We use 2 groupon. Total waste. We had to wait almost an hour to be service. I had white polish on my nails when i came in to for service. Around the edges white polish is still there. My nails was wet around the edges 😩 the gel polish start coming off 4 of my nails. I have to go somewhere else to get my nails redone. My granddaughter was happy with her nails. She is 9yrs old.

She texted to reschedule 2 hours before my appt. Then she was 15 min late to the new appt. She called and texted people during my appt, and her filing skill is laughable. The hand massage was nice, but the paint job, while it looks decent from a distance, up close it’s not very good.
