Martin, the technician seemed very, very inexperienced. We have previously used a company that spent a lot of time downstairs at the furnace and then also cleaned the outside a/c unit. Martin, merely changed the filter downstairs and immediately went outside. I followed him. When he attempted to put the gadgets to check the refrigerant, he did not have it on correctly, so most of it went into the air. Burning his fingers. Then he had a heck of a time refilling it again. Also told me that we needed a new capacitor when the unit is only 5 years old. I just felt like, even $59 Groupon was too expensive for the rookie service that I received. I would not recommend Bob Hamilton, nor purchasing Groupons for important household maintenance items. I'll go back to the company that I have used for years.
