Don't expect nice chit-chat. She doesn't say anything other than to talk about your haircut/color. But she does a wonderful job with color matching and I love this cut.

I paid for the full highlights and she had me down and did the partial highlights but she said she did more than half anyway. Just make sure you tell her if you paid for the full highlights.
