The Wil Jenny's menu tantalizes tasters with the promise of sizzling hand-cut steaks and homemade salsas and sauces made from fresh vegetables, fruit, and dairy. Smoked daily, meats form the heart of dishes such as Street tacos, which enshroud skirt steak in lime, onion, and a cocoon of queso fresco and cilantro ($13). Smoked prime rib saunters onto tables draped in au jus and accompanied by galloping horseradish cream ($18 for 12 oz., $21 for 16 oz.). Shrimp curls up in a bacon blanket and cuddles with jalapeño before teaming with smoked tomato and cheddar grits to create the barbecue shrimp and grits ($14). The Davy Crocket slathers pulled pork and slaw in barbecue sauce ($8) and covers them in a coonskin cap.
