Had difficulty getting appointment scheduled. Then they didn't show for appointment, I contacted them and they said there had been a car accident. I expressed concern and we rescheduled. Then showed up late for rescheduled time. Overall did an acceptable job but didn't do a thorough / detailed job. Tile floors had missed spots, bathroom not completely done including toilet and base boards. Glad I had a Groupon and not full price.
