Groupon was a great deal, but the staff didnt have a clue what to do! They asked if I had gotten it off a legitimate site...had to call a manager who also didn't know what it was. They then wanted paper copy when I clearly was using my phone app...as if I carry a printer in my purse. I got what I wanted, but what a hassle!
