If you are a beginner, try to go to the classes that don't have so many people...you will be able to get more support that way.

There are seriously great people here, both coach and fellow crossfitter wise. I had never done crossfit before, but they always show you how to do the moves before each class and will provide you with extra assistance if you're new or need help. What's nice is that all of the workouts can be scaled to your level of fitness, and the coaches are always available to help with scaling in case you need more adjustment/experience. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is interested.

The staff are friendly and knowledgable. They do a great job making you feel like you CAN do this. The intimidation factor is dramatically reduced by the pleasant dispositions of coaches.
