seemed like she was in a bad mood that day and the volume and consistency of my eyelashes ended up uneven. i kindly asked her to look at them and under very little notice i ran up to her salon. (its very stressful to do this because its unclear at what point the customer is considered liable.). i gave her a run down of my problem areas but she still applied too many lashes to the wrong side. i am really disappointed because i know the kind of work she is capable of and it saddens me she did such a poor job this time around. i wish her all the best but i will never go back there again.

Catherine was amazing and very professional. She did and excellent job putting the lash extension. I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. The extension looks very natural and it was amazing.

My eyelashes were wonderfully and beautifully done. They looked gorgeous and completely natural- no one could tell that they were fake. I had the simplest set of lashes, the cat-eye. I didn't feel any pain, irritation, or even discomfort, during the application process. The first lash probably fell within the first week and the extensions began to really disappear by the end of week 3. It's irritating towards the very end (week 5-6) because the lashes are halfway off but still glued solidly to my real ones. The long, false lash flipped upside-down. It wasn't hard to deal with, as I just pulled it off with a pair of tweezers, but my natural lash came off too because I yanked instead of removing properly with oil. I avoided all mascara and makeup remover to ensure my lashes lasted as long as possible. I did not brush and wash them daily like I was supposed to, but I was satisfied with the life of the extensions nonetheless. It was a worthwhile trade-off for me, because the point of the experience was to look good with no effort, and not put additional time or maintenance into getting ready.
